Listed below are all Skills Workshops from our current Programme. Skills Workshops offer delegates the opportunity to learn and practise the particular skills required to work in a research support function. The workshops are usually led by external, specialist training providers. They include individual and group activities and discussion and are open to between 20 and 25 delegates.

An introduction to the process of managing projects and the tools to assist in planning and tracking progress; this workshop is intended to be immediately applicable to planning and managing academic and research project as well as commercial projects. It covers the theory and principles of project management.
