Wellcome Trust study tour
This first Wellcome Trust study tour is intended primarily to be an opportunity for administrators from universities to gain an understanding of how the Wellcome Trust operates. It can also provide administrators with a forum for discussing topics of common interest with colleagues they may otherwise not always have the opportunity to meet.

The day will commence with registration and coffee from 09.30 and end at approximately 4.30. Topics will include:
- Overview of the Wellcome Trust
- Funding Opportunities
- Systems - eGrants and new Grants System
- Finance matters: FEC, allowed/disallowed costs, profile payments
- Evaluation, Outputs & outcomes
- Public Engagement activities
