The seminar will take place in the Lancaster Room at the Midland Hotel, the venue for the ARMA Conference, which begins the following day. The programme begins with lunch at 1 p.m. on Monday June 7th, in the Colony restaurant. Please register before going to lunch!

The higher rate for non-members will include annual membership of ARMA for the period until 31st March 2011. For tax reasons, ARMA events are open to members only. If you are not yet a member, you will be able to join in the course of making your booking. If you are registering for more than one event at the same time, naturally the non-member's supplement is payable only once per person.
