Gala Dinner Menu - Tuesday June 7th 2011

Megalithic Suite, Radisson BLU Hotel, Glasgow

 

Starter:  Salad of artichoke,sundried tomatoes and baby mozzarella with basil and balsamic vinegar dressing  (V)

Main Course: Pave of Beef with bacon, shallot and thyme reduction or Hazelnut Gnocchi, wild mushroom and sage with cheese sauce on a bed of spinach (V)

Dessert:  Iced lemon and lime parfait with summer berry compote (V)
