How ARMA is governed
ARMA was until recently an unincorporated association. Following a resolution of the Association in a Special General Meeting in May 2006, we incorporated as a company limited by guarantee. We have over 1500 individual members and a small number of commercial members (commercial bodies offering service of interest to research managers), each of whom has one vote at General Meetings and in elections for members of the Board of Directors. Here you can find a copy of our constitution, our three year strategic plan agreed by the Board of Directors, copies of recent Annual Reports and minutes of recent AGMs.

Until January 2005, ARMA was RAGnet, the Research Administrators' Group Network, and Annual Reports and AGMs until 2004 are therefore of RAGnet.
